Easy Canvas Review and Giveaway

Easy Canvas Print Review and Giveaway

Sponsored by Easy Canvas Prints

I recently received the opportunity to review an Easy Canvas Prints product. I jumped at the chance, as I had never had a photo turned into a canvas print before and wanted to see how they turn out. I will go through the process with you and then give you my rating of the finished product.

First of all, you need to decide what picture or pictures you want to have turned into a nice canvas print for your home or as a gift. This is the hardest part of the process! I wish I could turn all of my favorite photos into canvas prints to hang on my wall, but that just isn't feasible. For one, I don't have enough wall space for all of them! I finally decided to take some pictures of us as a family because I didn't have any current ones. That was actually quite fun and we all agreed upon a picture to use.

Next I went to easycanvasprints.com to begin the process of having them turn the photo into a canvas print. The site is easy to navigate. I was excited to see that you can use your instagram pictures. That can help make this easy process even easier! I was using a photo that I had on my computer though, so I chose "Start a Canvas". It takes you to a screen where you choose either a single canvas or a wall display. I played around with several options, just to get a feel for the site. The site makes this a simple process with either choice.

Lighting was off. The canvas print looks a lot better than in this picture!
I chose Single Canvas which takes you to a screen that lets you choose what size canvas you want as well as options for your wrap thickness or having it framed. I chose the size I had been told I was getting for the review product and the standard thickness. Then it was on to the next screen which is where you upload your picture or you can access an instagram or facebook album. I uploaded the picture I wanted to use. The site will tell you what quality your photo is after you upload it. The three qualities are Poor, Fair, and Good. You want to make sure your quality is Good, that way your print comes out looking great. A poor quality will get you a less than desirable print. Luckily my picture was Good quality, so I adjusted the picture in the handy preview box to where I wanted it and proceeded to the next step, which is border styles. There are three to choose from, Image Wrap, Mirror Image, and Border Color. After choosing my border I had the options for retouching the photo and for either sepia tones or black and white. I chose to leave my picture as it was taken and proceeded to add it to my cart. There is an option to add inexpensive wall mounts to your order and then you are ready to check out. The check out process is the same as with any site, so I will not get into all of that.

The shipping time was surprisingly quick. I received it in a short time and it was packaged very securely. Upon opening the package I found that the print had turned out perfectly! I was so excited for the family to get home from school/work so that they could see it too.

The canvas print is wrapped around the frame and stapled securely to the frame. The print comes with the little hanging thing already mounted to the frame. The print feels pretty sturdy and I am not worried that it will get damaged if it happens to be knocked off of the wall by overactive kids running around. I avoid hanging pictures usually because they fall and the glass shatters everywhere, so this is a great alternative for me. Plus it just looks wonderful. I have my mind made up to get some more pictures made into canvas prints over the holidays. These would make great Christmas presents to myself from my husband! He likes to know exactly what to get me, so I think I will just get some made and let him pay for them. Then I can act all surprised when I open them Christmas morning. "Oh honey, what wonderful gifts. I am so surprised!" and all that.

Finally placed on our living room wall. Looks great there!
My Review:
So here is my rating. For ease of use, the site gets five stars. I really don't see how they could have made the process any simpler.

For shipping speed and packaging, they get five stars again.

For quality of product, they get five stars. I love my canvas print and don't think it could have possibly turned out better! I am impressed with it and can't wait to get some more.

So, overall, this site gets five stars from me.
