As you can see, I received a package of Purex UltraPacks liquid laundry detergent plus OXI and Zout stain remover through the mail. I was so excited to try these. I grew up on the Purex powder and have always enjoyed the scent of Purex. So I was not surprised upon opening the package and immediately loving the scent of these. They have a wonderful, clean scent to them.
The first thing I did, after sniffing the bag of product, was to throw in a load of laundry. I needed to anyway, and I really wanted to see how well these work. I found them easy to use, and that they work great! The pictures above are from a later date when my wonderful son finally allowed me to take pictures of him doing laundry. I also have a short video on YouTube of my daughter showing how easy it is to use these Purex UltraPacks. Both of the kiddos agree that using these are so much quicker and easier than using our normal liquid detergent.
One warning about these is that you need to wash your hands after using them. You do not want to forget and then accidentally rub your eyes or eat a sandwich!
As for the cleaning power of these little laundry pods, they work wonderfully. All of our clothes came out not only smelling wonderful, but looking looking wonderful. Maybe it is the extra power of the Zout stain removers or the Oxi, but the clothes have seemed cleaner and brighter since we started using this product. Now, don't get me wrong, the stains that were already set in from earlier washing fails are still there. All I am saying is that the whites are not getting dingier after each wash as they had been getting and the colors aren't fading as fast. Maybe it's just me.
