When I was pregnant with my youngest, Kaylee, I had a lot of complications and when she finally arrived the problems didn't stop. She was lactose intolerant, so she could only have soy formula. At one of her checkups her doctor told me to start introducing her to almond milk and soy milk. That's when our soy milk journey started. I received 2 coupons from 8th Continent Soy Milk to get 2 free half gallons of soy milk. 8th Continent Soy Milk was created by Lou Stremick and his 4 children. Each batch is carefully crafted and put through three different quality control test to insure each product is the best that it can be.

I was surprised by how many flavors and varieties 8th Continent offers. They offer Original, Vanilla, Complete Vanilla, Light Original, Light Vanilla, Light Chocolate, Fat Free Original, and Fat Free Vanilla. I went to Reids Grocery Store and they only carried the Original and Complete Vanilla, which was alright with me because I was already planning on getting the vanilla. Kaylee has somewhere outgrown her problem, even though she can drink cow milk now, if she drinks too much her tummy still gets a little upset. Kaylee and I both loved the taste and the flavor of the Complete Vanilla Soy Milk. I'm more partial to Almond Milk, but I honestly couldn't tell a difference between that and the soy milk from 8th Continent. Aubreigh has never tried soy milk before and she loved how the Complete Vanilla tasted. We all love it in everything from cereal in the morning to Chocolate Soy Milk at night before bed.
