Product Review: Bandelettes

One of my bandelettes, this is as close to my thigh as you will ever see!

I recently had the opportunity to try out a pair of Bandelettes for review. Bandelettes are a nifty invention that helps with the issue of thighs rubbing together! Just so you know, none of the pictures of women wearing the Bandelettes are me. I am too self conscious of my weight to show off my upper thighs.

I am a full figured woman (or a little fluffy as some might say!) and have always had issues wearing dresses and skirts because my thighs rub together. It becomes quite uncomfortable pretty quickly. So when I saw that there was a product out that was made to fix that issue, and was available in my size too, I had to jump at the chance to try them out. The thigh rubbing issue happened even when I was at my thinnest, so I figure everyone should know about this product, no matter your size or shape.

I am glad I tried out this product. It works really well. I wore them around the house one day under a skirt and they worked beautifully. I did notice that after I wore them for several hours they started to roll the tiniest bit, but I think part of that is due to the fact I have to wear them so high. The way my legs are shaped, the worse rubbing is way up the inner thigh, so they kind of rode the bottom of my buttocks a little. I was surprised at how well they stayed in place and that they didn't roll more than the little bit that they did.

They are very comfortable. I forgot I was even wearing them half the time. The times that I did think about them was when I would realize how long I had been wearing my skirt with no discomfort. I am so pleased with the Bandelettes! I am starting to want a pair in every available color. Mostly because I am picturing myself wearing them lower with some shorter skirts like in the pictures of the model that I would love to look like! Here is another picture just because.

I think that even if you don't have an issue with your thighs rubbing together, you could still wear these as a fun, flirty accessory. Hardly anyone I know wears thigh high panty hose with the pretty details on top anymore. I used to think those were so sexy, but I hate messing with hose. My fingernails always damages them, so I only would get to wear them once. These are a fun alternative, if you are looking to have a little fun. Wear a skirt just short enough to let them peak out occasionally as you walk, and I bet you will have your significant other drooling! Fun, right?!
