The craftsmanship is lovely

 Ever since the first time I heard about a yarn bowl, I have wanted one. I love to knit, but hate chasing the yarn ball across my floor. Then there is the pulling off of all the hair it collected rolling across the floor. I shed constantly! So when I got the chance to review this gorgeous purple yarn bowl, I jumped at the chance!

It is quite impressive. I haven't had much experience with hand made pottery. I always assumed (you know what they say about assuming!) that it would be obviously handmade. I thought there would be blemishes, rough spots, burrs, places where the paint wasn't quite right.... something! There isn't on this! The craftsmanship is wonderful. This is something I could go to a well known store and buy off the shelf for a big price. The color is flawlessly applied. The shine is terrific. There are no burrs or bumps or anything that snags the yarn. I love it and am quite impressed with it.

I recommend this to all my knitting friends and readers. I don't know how I survived this long without a yarn bowl. Honestly! I take it with me everywhere and am considering getting more so I don't have to keep moving it room to room. Plus I always have more than one project going. I could get different colors for different rooms. The thought makes me smile.
