These Margaux and May blankets are extremely soft and even right out of the box the 100% Organic Muslin Swaddle Blankets felt buttery soft, and after being washed they were even softer, I am sure that will continue getting softer every time they are washed. 

These are a bit thicker than some other muslin blankets, which allows them to hold up better and block sun more efficiently. They are 47" x 47" which means they are large enough for a swaddler even on a bigger baby. They are large enough so that the corner at the end of swaddling went all the way around to be tucked in nicely in the front of the baby.
